We started Custom Indemnity after finding there was a large gap in the marketplace for transferring risk and potential liability. We believe every risk, every liability, can be priced out to a potential counter-party. We are backed by long-term investors who share an appreciation for the complex and unusual.

Prior Transactions

• Provided an indemnification along with cost reimbursement to a law firm for an adverse cost risk in litigation pertaining to a large securities case.
• Helped facilitate the speedy liquidation of a firm by assuming all potential liabilities related to tax claims, employee disputes, and the like.
• Provided indemnification for a seller in a M&A transaction when the buyer would not, helping to bridge to a sale.
